Martial Art Education Supplement

Psychological studies found that children in Martial Arts have an increased sense of responsibility, a decrease in the willingness to take foolish risks and a higher sense of self-esteem. This is why millions of parents are using Martial Arts to supplement their children’s education. Our academy uses a comprehensive and progressive structured curriculum designed with national and international experts in the field of martial arts education. Students acquire improved study skills, positive attitude, focus & concentration and self-discipline. They are guided by principles and values and learn about accountability and the importance of staying away from negative peer pressure.

Martial Art Encourages Healthy Lifestyle

Recent health issues concerning child obesity indicate an alarming epidemic due to a lack of physical activity and unhealthy diet.
Being overweight can lead to many dangerous physical health issues;
it can impair their emotional well-being. Bullies, peer pressure and
stress may have an adverse effect consequential to lower self-esteem and decreased motivation. Martial Arts promote healthy lifestyle and fitness aimed at improving mind and body. It’s a healthy physical activity which reinforces self-esteem, self-discipline and self-confidence.

Martial Art Mentors Positive Attitude

As a professional academic centre for Martial Arts, we realize the huge undertaking and responsibility associated with the role of influencing children. Studies have shown the people they “hang out with” directly shape children’s lives. Although we are not in the position to change children’s personalities, we believe we can positively influence their character development. Many parents tell us that Taekwondo/Karate was the best thing they ever did for their child. Our program provides a foundation of consistency, re-enforcing healthy lifestyle habits, children are taught that through dedication, commitment, motivation and with positive attitude all worth while goals are possible.
